I am a Certified Athletic Therapist. In my young career I have completed two bachelor degrees; one in Kinesiology and more recently in Athletic Therapy. My passion for sports and getting people to reach their full potential is what motivates me.
My work experience in the field of Athletic Therapy includes working with the University of Toronto Varsity Men’s hockey and soccer team and most recently the Varsity Football team. I was also very fortunate to spend time working as an assistant athletic therapist with the Ottawa Redblacks in the CFL. Additionally, I have spent time working along side a team of athletic therapist with the Toronto FC academy and more currently the Head Athletic Therapist with York United in the Canadian Premier League.
With my experience working with athletes across a wide variety of sports, it has enhanced my ability to assess and treat different conditions and get athletes back to sport. Not to be confused, athletic therapy isn’t just for athletes. My knowledge in the field allows me to apply the core principles of rehabilitation to athletes, recreational active people, and everyone in between.
Using a more hands on approach with patients I use manual therapy together with exercise at the core of my rehab. Furthermore, I use a variety of taping techniques to help people feel more confident in their progress before they get back to activity fully.
I am committed to getting you back to whatever your field is!

What is NKT you ask?
Treat the cause of dysfunction, not the symptoms. NeuroKinetic Therapy® corrective movement system addresses the cause of pain – dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain.

I believe hands on therapy is essential to any rehab plan. But if we are not in the gym reinforcing and correcting poor movement patterns we will never correct the issue
Although I work in a clinic setting, i really do enjoying working in the field In 2019 I had the chance to work with Forge FC where we won the Inaugural Canadian Premier League season. Memories to last a life time!!
