Kiran is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Over the years, he’s worked with athletes at all levels—starting with the University of Toronto Varsity Men’s Hockey, Soccer, and Football teams. He’s also spent time with the Ottawa Redblacks in the CFL as an Assistant Athletic Therapist, and worked closely with the Toronto FC Academy. Currently, he’s the Head Athletic Therapist for York United in the Canadian Premier League.
With experience across a wide range of sports, Kiran has developed a strong ability to assess and treat different injuries—and not just for elite athletes. He believes athletic therapy can benefit anyone, from weekend warriors to everyday active people.
Kiran takes a hands-on, personalized approach to care, blending manual therapy with movement and exercise. He also uses taping techniques to give people that extra support and confidence as they return to activity.
No matter the sport or goal, Kiran is all about helping you feel your best and get back to your game—whatever that looks like for you.

Raphael is a dedicated physiotherapist who brings a thoughtful and hands-on approach to helping people move better and feel stronger. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2013, and went on to earn his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2016.
Throughout his career, Raphael has gained valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings, including private practices, sports clinics, and hospital care. This range has equipped him to successfully treat everything from acute sports injuries to chronic work-related conditions and general musculoskeletal pain.
Raphael’s treatment philosophy focuses on restoring proper joint mechanics through manual therapy, then building on that foundation with muscle retraining and motor control strategies. His goal is to correct dysfunctional movement patterns and create lasting change—not just temporary relief. Every treatment plan is customized, and patients can expect one-on-one care and personalized exercise programs built around their unique needs and goals.
Raphael is also trained in NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT)—a system that looks beyond the symptoms to find and treat the cause of dysfunction. NKT works by identifying faulty movement patterns stored in the brain and retraining them, helping patients truly move forward in their recovery.
Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking to get back to movement, Raphael is here to support you every step of the way.

As a Certified Athletic Therapist, coach, and former competitive gymnast, Azaria brings a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. She provides individualized, evidence-based care that blends manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and taping techniques to support holistic recovery. Azaria’s approach is rooted in empowering clients—helping them rebuild confidence, recover fully, and return to the activities they love, stronger than ever.

We believe that hands-on therapy is an essential part of any rehabilitation plan—but it doesn’t stop there. If poor movement patterns aren’t being reinforced and corrected through active rehab, the root of the issue will remain. That’s why our approach combines manual therapy with targeted, movement-based strategies to create lasting results and help you return stronger than ever.

In 2019, Kiran had the chance to work with Forge FC, where they won the Inaugural Canadian Premier League season. Memories to last a lifetime!
